Occupancy Based Resort Fee

Since 2019, the Resort charges an occupancy-based Resort Fee and the Recreation Fee has been removed from the annual fee.  This new approach will help keep down the cost to our owners and allow for expanding amenity offerings throughout the Resort.  The discounted Resort fee for an owner is $5.35 per bedroom, per night will be charged at check-in. RCI and rental guests will be charged a higher rate. This rate will apply to all reservations booked on or after June 1, 2024.
