Future Year Prepayment & Reservation Eligibility

Planning ahead? Prepaying for a future year enables you to make reservations for that year, provided your current balance is paid in full and your ownership includes occupancy in that specific year.

Please note that Biannual and Triannual ownerships do not include occupancy every calendar year. If you are unsure whether your ownership grants occupancy in a particular year, we encourage you to contact Massanutten Owners Reservation Department for clarification.

Paperless Billing
