Ways Weeks Owners Use Their Valuable Vacation Property 

As a Weeks Owner, you have four convenient options for enjoying the full value of your vacation property:

• Make a reservation: Plan your getaway and enjoy a fun-filled week here at Massanutten, your home resort.
• Authorize a Key Release: Share your week with friends or family.  View the Key Release policy and form here.
• List Your Week for Rent: Partner with our preferred third-party vendor, TripForth, to rent your week.
• One Call Depositing to RCI: Bank your week with RCI in one easy step. Contact Owner Reservations and make the request.

Before You Book: Reservation Reminders for Owners

Before you pack your bags, here’s what you need to know to make the reservation process smooth and stress-free:

• Pay First: Ensure your annual fees are paid for the year you plan to reserve.
• Plan Ahead: Weeks Owners – You must submit your reservation request more than 30 days in advance of your ownership week or your desired floating week request.
• Floating Weeks Owners – Make your request as early as possible. Availability is first-come, first-served. View the annual weeks calendars below.
• Confirm in Writing: Always wait for written confirmation by mail or email. If you haven’t received anything, reach out to Reservations.

RCI Points Owners

Points owners have an RCI Points Membership. You will make your reservations directly through RCI so please feel free to go directly to their site www.rci.com and login to begin making your travel plans.
