There are four ways Weeks Owners utilize their valuable vacation property:

• Make your reservation to check-in and have a fun-filled week here at Massanutten, your home resort.
• Authorize a Key Release and loan your week to friends or family. View the Key Release policy and form here.
• List your week for rental with the Resorts preferred third party vendor TripForth here.
• Weeks Owners can request RCI banking with one call to Owner Reservations. Request by phone 540.289.4904 option 2, by fax 540.289.9599, by email at reservations@massresort.com or by live chat at owners.massresort.com

• For Woodstone Owners Only - View a unit map with check-in days here.
• For Woodstone Weeks Owners only: to bank your week into the RCI® exchange system, please check our online form here. Please include your account number, RCI number, and RCI deposit request specifics in your email.

Before you pack your bags, let’s talk about the steps to follow in your reservation process.

1. Make sure your annual dues/maintenance fees are paid for the year you want to book.
2. Weeks Owners - Make your request and plans more than 30 days in advance of your week.
3. Floating Weeks Owners - Make your request and confirm as early as possible as availability is limited to first-come, first-served.
4. Always look for a confirmation in writing (standard postal or email), if you did not receive a call or a letter, please call 540.289.4904, option 2.
5. When in doubt, follow through on firming up your usage option. Reach out to reservations at by phone 540.289.4904 option 2, by fax 540.289.9599, by email reservations@massresort.com or live chat at owners.massresort.com*
