RCI Insider Tips
- The sooner you pay your maintenance fees and make the decision to bank your time with RCI, the sooner you can start searching for your next vacation destination. Deposits of more than 9 months prior to the start of your ownership week carry the maximum trading power for Weeks Owners.
- One call depositing to RCI - Weeks Owners make one-call to Massanutten Reservations to request their week be deposited with RCI. Within 3-5 business days of receiving the request, owners should see their deposited week in their RCI account.
- When you visit Massanutten take advantage of your onsite Massanutten RCI Representative. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday by email at ms-massresorts@rci.com or call and leave a message at 540.289.4043, providing your name, preferred contact information, and when you would like to meet if you are coming to Massanutten.
- You can always call an RCI Travel Guide at 1.844.968.7576 with any questions or for assistance with your vacation planning needs.

How do I activate my Bonus Week Certificate and search for an Extra Vacation?
Your Bonus Week Certificate provided to you when you purchased your ownership from Massanutten is perfect for last-minute and extra getaways – and available through your RCI account. Known as an RCI Extra Vacation, to search for available destinations and redeem online, login to RCI.com then click one of the following:
- Weeks Owners: Manage My Deposits – Deposited Weeks tab – View RCI Bonus Week Certificate then click Search
- Points Owners: Offers – RCI Bonus Week Certificate then click search =
