Beginning in 2019, the Resort has moved to an occupancy-based Resort Fee. The Recreation Fee has been removed from the yearly maintenance fee assessment. Historically, this expense item in your annual maintenance fee covered such expenses as state of the art recreation facilities, indoor/outdoor pools, and the necessary supplies and staff to bring access to these services and amenities to our owners.

The Resort Fee will cover the aforementioned as well as include access to other amenities and complimentary business center usage. This new approach will help keep down the cost to our owners and allow for expanding amenity offerings throughout the resort.  

A great amount of research went into the enactment of this fee. We studied our competitors and we felt strongly that implementing a fee below the national average was ultimately the right thing to do for our loyal owners. We are pleased to report we were able to accomplish both. The fee for an owner of $4.75 per bedroom, per night, per side due at check-in will be discounted from the fee for an RCI guest or rental guest.
