New Process For Owner Ticket Access

 

Annual Fees (Maintenance/Assessment fees) go towards your Association's operating costs, administrative expenses, refurbishment expenses, and real estate taxes. Annual Dues are based on a budget that is prepared in October of each year. The amount you pay is determined by your ownership. Click here for Condo Unit Information.

 

Fee Schedule

Weeks 1 – 26 & Floating Time

  • Mid-November | Annual fee invoice is mailed.
  • January 1 | Annual fee is due each year. Please note if you have a reservation during January your fees must be paid in full prior to arrival.
  • Last Business Day of January | Full payment of maintenance fee must be received in our office. If not, a $25 late fee is incurred and finance charges begin to accrue each month at a rate of 1.5% per month.
  • March 15 | Collection Deadline! You must make a payment arrangement with your owners association prior to this date to avoid being turned over to an outside agency, where you will incur additional charges of approximately 33%. If you call the association, you can set-up a payment plan to avoid collection charges.

 

Weeks 27 – 52

Please Note: Since inception, Annual Fees have generally increased on average 3 - 6% each year. The purchase of an ownership interest should only be used for personal use and enjoyment, should be based upon its value as a vacation experience and should not be for the purpose of acquiring an income or appreciating investment.
